'AmericaS' - the second season of the Orchestra

  

The String Archestra is a classical string ensemble, primarily made up of ambitious amateurs and professional musicians of colour (*). The ensemble was founded in Berlin in 2016. Their repertoire encompasses a broad time span – from early Baroque up to contemporary music, with special attention being paid to “lesser known” composers and interpreters of colour. For the second season of the ensemble, entitled 'AmericaS', works from composers from Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina and the USA will be performed.
